… and another year comes to an end …

2023 really had it all. But before we end this exciting year, a quick note:
We are taking a Christmas break and closing our office and the Karl-Bröger-Center from 20.12.2023 up to and including 8.1.2024.

Another year has come to an end. And what a year it was! Corona slowly lost its terror. The pandemic receded more and more into the background. And we successfully completed the refurbishment of our Karl-Bröger-Haus. Everyone made themselves comfortable. Workplaces with a feel-good factor were created. In short, we went from completion to use.

New film about the “House for all”

Many of our ideas first had to prove themselves in practice. Today we can say with satisfaction that we were rarely wrong, and if we were, then only a little.

Our barrier-free concept “a house for all” proved to be particularly valuable. This will also be shown shortly in our new movie . It presents the ideas and implementation of our concept: in images, sound and sign language.

2024 – a new challenge

After the renovation is before the renovation: this applies to the first floor and basement of the Karl-Bröger-Haus. In 2024, we will decide how the Karl-Bröger-Center will develop. If our ideas prevail, 2024 could be another exciting year. Perhaps this will even mark the start of a new era for the Karl Bröger Center.

New focus: Environment

After accessibility, we are making environmental standards another priority. We want to improve this in all buildings at Karl-Bröger-Strasse 9, 11 and 13. How do we get away from gas in residential buildings? Can we produce more electricity on our property and use it ourselves if possible? How can we create charging stations for e-bikes and e-cars? We want to answer these questions together with proven partners.

With this in mind, let us bid a grateful farewell to the old year and look forward to the new one with excitement. Experience relaxing days with your loved ones and get off to a flying start with us again in 2024!
